Deer Run is an excellent community in Towne Lake. Boasting one of the best locations in all of Towne Lake, Deer Run is amazing. Set up with several sections to the community, Deer Run is Divided into three sections: The Trails, West, and North. Located near the movie theater, Publix, and some of the best dining experiences in Towne Lake and Woodstock, Deer Run is convient to everything. One of my favorite features of Deer Run is Deer Run Parkway. This is the main entrance to Deer Run. A tree lined street with sidewalks on the side. Deer Run Parkway gives Deer Run a very manicured and “homey” feel.

Eagle Watch was the first neighborhood built in Towne Lake.  Developed in the 1980′s Eagle Watch is the community that put Towne Lake on the map.  Developed by Arvida (a very well know developer in the South), Eagle Watch boast amazing homes and an incredible amenities package.  With homes ranging anywhere from the high $180′s to over $700,000 Eagle Watch offers a lifestyle for everyone.  Given the lush nature preserved landscaping, Eagle Watch is a beautiful community to call home.  The amazing Arnold Palmer designed golf course sets the precedent for the amenities that an Eagle Watch home owner can expect (3 pools, 14 tennis courts, a play ground, volleyball court, 2 pavilions, a full service club house, you get the idea).

The homes in Eagle Watch are as varied as the neighborhoods lush terrain.  With several different styles of homes from ranch plans, traditional two story homes, and executive golf course homes.  In Eagle Watch truly is home style for everyone.

This community offers great ammenities, a variety of homes and floorplans, one of Atlanta’s favorite golf courses, and a wonderful resturant Featherstones. From the active tennis teams to the lush Arthur Hills designed golf course, Towne Lake Hills has it all. Towne Lake Hills consists of 5 different sections which are all large enough to be considered their own neighborhoods.
